Kaffeine & Co Yagoona

not bad but not good! 🙁 Been wanting to try this local cafe for a while so I came down solo on a weekend. Service from staff was mediocre as most of them were pretty young. The menu items seem so overpriced so I got one of the cheapest things on the menu: Portugese Chicken Burger. It was $22 and it was a standard burger. The bread was really dense so it wasn’t soft and satisfying to eat. Didn’t balance with the flavours inside the burg. 😭 Chicken was cooked ok, could have been more juicy but it was more on the dry side. The chips were hectic however! Very crispy and fluffy on the inside.🤌🏼 So overall, not bad but considering the prices of everything else I don’t think I would dine here ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3/6 ig @hangryhawlz for more local food!

I’ll start with the positive being the customer service is always really good! The food however is quiet expensive considering what you get… I always get the salad because it’s the only thing I really look forward too! But if you’re ordering on Uber or taking away don’t expect much of a portion size… the med salad is something over $30 and you get no more than 6 strips of chicken… if you want to add more than 6 strips it’s an extra $7… it will cost a maximum of $15 to make it yourself with all the ingredients and chicken isn’t expensive to buy so why the ridiculous price for salad leaves? In the picture I am showing you it is 6 small strips of chicken and halloumi cheese… MORE halloumi than chicken. It’s pathetic to say the least. Dining in there are ALWAYS flies all over your food and it’s squashy if you have a pram… someone said it’s spacious but it isn’t.

A fantastic spacious corner cafe that has ample seating indoors and outside! The menu is very nice, middle eastern inspired menu with amazing classic/staples too!!! Staff are truly welcoming! Every dish is presented so beautifully! They also open until late serving a dinner menu, so the options are perfect and varied for any meal of the day! The deserts are epic if you need a sugar fix! Easy on street parking, it’s the perfect place to catch up with friends, grab a bite and enjoy the moment! 😍 Highly recommend this cafe to anyone in or around Yagoona!

Well regarding the food it’s the best. Customer service was top notch. Specially knafe balls just mouth watering. Waygu burger and steak sandwich was good as well. Their mocha coffee was better than other places. I would highly recommend this place. Must visit. Weekends are busy but it’s alright they have got enough sitting arrangements.
